These new measures are incorporated into the new UAE economic landscape designed to make the country investment haven. The Dubai economic development recently issued a degree of guidelines for one hundred percent ownership for foreign investors commenced from June 2021. These economic strategies and movement are expected to boost foreign direct investment trickles into important economic trade and industrial sectors of the country. The new guidelines also emphasize and strengthen entrepreneurship to create streamlined methodology for business sectors to be able to engage with independently including 10-year investor visa and citizenship for talented peoples.

Implementation of one hundred percent foreign ownership business activities include the following:

• There are more than 1000 commercial and industrial activities include the list pf one hundred percent foreign ownership business activities.
• Commercial activities include general trade, contracting luxury watches, jewelry, gold, pearls, foo d vehicles trading with cars and truck specifically.
• Industrial sector, A hundred percent foreign ownership cover the metals and construction flooring, building material, food, water production and paint sectors. The education and hospital sector have also sought a hundred percent ownership.
• Excluded from the list are economic activities which a strategic impact.
